Cancellation & rescheduling

Patients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

Deposits & payment

A deposit is required to confirm mobile services. Telemedicine consultations must be paid in advance.

We accept card (by payment link), bank transfer or cash. Payment details are arranged directly with our team; we never ask for card numbers through this website.

Prices are in Bahamian dollars (B$), which equal US dollars one to one. Any additional costs, such as laboratory tests or medication, are explained before your visit.

Medical information

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over and are physician-led by Dr. Caryn Salvant. Every treatment, including IV and IM therapy, is given only after your health history has been reviewed and the treatment confirmed as appropriate for you. Results vary from person to person, and no treatment is guaranteed to produce a particular result.

Privacy

When you send a request or message through this website we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email if given, the service you're interested in, your area and any note you add. We use them only to arrange and provide your care and to reply to you.

Your patient intake form contains health information (your medical history, medications, allergies and consent). It is stored securely, can be seen only by Dr. Salvant and her care team after signing in, and is never sent by email or shared outside your care, except where the law requires it.

• Clinical records from your visit are kept confidentially and separately from this website.
• Please keep detailed medical history to the private intake form rather than the general contact form.
