Who can book with Reset Medical?
Adults aged 18 and over: residents of New Providence, Family Island patients by video, and visitors staying in hotels, villas, yachts or rentals.
Which areas do you cover?
Mobile visits, IV and IM therapy cover New Providence, including Paradise Island. Reset Virtual reaches you anywhere in The Bahamas, which is why virtual weight-loss consultations are offered to Family Island clients.
How does a virtual visit work?
Book your consultation and pay in advance. At your appointment time, Dr. Salvant connects with you by secure video. Prescriptions and sick slips are delivered to you, and lab requests or referrals are arranged where needed.
What happens after I book?
Choose a date and time and send your request, then complete a short patient intake form so Dr. Salvant can review your history. Once she confirms your appointment, you'll receive a link to pay your deposit or the full amount, by card or bank transfer.
Is every IV and injection physician-guided?
Yes. Your health history, medications and vital signs are reviewed before any infusion or injection, to make sure the treatment is safe and right for you.
Is there an extra fee at hotels, yachts or events?
Yes. IV therapy, IM injections and mobile visits at hotels, yachts and events carry an additional $200 concierge fee per person. Choose where you'll be when you book and it's noted for you.
Do you offer GLP-1 weight-loss medication?
Our medical weight-loss services include evidence-based treatments such as the GLP-1 therapies tirzepatide and semaglutide where clinically appropriate. Dr. Salvant will go through your options, and any medication or laboratory costs, at your consultation.
Can I get a sick slip or a medical certificate?
Yes. Virtual and mobile sick visits include sick slips where appropriate, and Mobile Primary Care Visits include medical certificates for immigration, work or insurance.
How do I pay?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a secure payment link to pay your deposit or the full amount by card, or our bank transfer details. Prices are in Bahamian dollars, equal to US dollars. Telemedicine is paid in advance, and a deposit confirms mobile visits.
Do you handle emergencies?
No. Telemedicine and mobile home visits are not emergency services. If you are experiencing severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, or another medical emergency, seek emergency medical care immediately, or call 919 or 911.
